If you are having trouble entering your address while ordering, do not worry.
We do ship orders both within the United States and international addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Myanmar/Burma, Belarus and Lebanon.
There are two common issues that cause address verification issues:
1. You may have accidentally typed in the wrong address, or the formatting of your address may be incorrect.
2. Our software may not recognize the address that you have entered correctly.
If you are receiving an message stating that "ADDRESS NOT VERIFIED", please check that all of your address information has been entered correctly. If your address is correct, but you still receive this message, then please click the option "to certify the address is correct" (see image below), this will force the system to accept the address you have supplied.
If your issue is not related to the address verification window (pictured above), please try using a different browser to place your order, and be sure to clear your browser history and cache before placing your order.
