If you placed your order today, you should expect to receive a UPS tracking link for your order within 1 business day via email from KontrolFreek. Please note that we do not process orders for shipment on Saturdays, Sundays, or on postal holidays.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday morning from our facility in Alabama, USA. You will receive your tracking email then.
You can track your order door to door via the UPS tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can expect your order to be delivered within the timelines below based on which shipping method you chose during checkout. Once orders have shipped, KontrolFreek has no ability to alter orders or provide additional tracking updates outside of the updates provide by UPS.
